A: Yes you are able to save and upload your designs quick and easily through the Gallery. You can access the gallery by going to ‘My Account’ and selecting ‘Gallery’ from the sub-menu.

Shipments

Q: When can I expect shipment after I’ve placed my order?
A: You can usually expect shipment of your order in 72 to 96 hours after placing your order online. This may vary if we receive many orders within a certain time frame or on special holidays. We will keep you updated through e-mail when the status of your order has changed at all times.

Q: How long will it take before my customers receive their order?
A: The time your order will travel depends on if there are any holidays in the country of origin (our country) and the country of destination (country of your customer), but the following average shipping times apply on orders;

Orders within Europe: 6 to 8 working days after your order is shipped.
Orders rest of the World: 10 to 14 working days after your order is shipped.

Due to the unpredictable nature of their postal services, our estimations do not apply to Australia and Russia.

Q: How can I track my order online?
A: You can track your order online if you have added the optional ‘Tracking number’ to your order. We will send you the tracking number through e-mail as soon as your order has been sent to the destination. To track your order online, please visit www.track-trace.com/post . Fill in your tracking number, click 'track with options' and click 'change destination' once the order has entered the destination country.

Using the Design Editor

Q: How should I upload my design?
A: You can upload your designs in .JPG and .PNG format. These files should not exceed 10MB. Our design tool supports designs with a maximum size of 14 x 12 inches (2100pxx1800px)
